Try Before Buy Returns Policy

Eye Practice of Nashua takes great pride in providing a satisfactory return policy for all of our patients and customers. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. 

All frames and contact lenses may be returned within 10 days of purchase. Contact boxes must remain unopened in order to return. To return a product you must first request a return number by emailing [email protected] . Once your return is approved and you have received your return number the product must be sent back to us within 7 days. Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. As soon as the product is back in our office you will be refunded. 

There are no returns on prescription eyewear, although in specific circumstances you may be eligible for a remake. Additional shipping charges may apply if the wrong Rx was provided. 

All products carry a manufacturer's warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. The manufacturer warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, damage caused by accident, negligent handling of the product, improper use or self modifications or repairs that happen any time after shipment. 

The manufacturer warranty does cover but is not limited to: missing components, imperfections in lens or coating, premature deterioration, lenses popping out of the frame and defects in the frame. Please contact us for any warranty questions and claims and we will happily handle it for you and answer any specific questions you may have! 

When using insurance, insurance warranty and remake policies do apply that are specific to your insurance.
